Our servers do store information about your connection to a specific VPN server (user ID and/or IP address and connection timestamp), but this information is automatically deleted within 15 minutes of the termination of your session. and ensure that no information is stored about the websites you visit

The Anonymous Dedicated IP option will delete any information about your Dedicated IP address from our database.

The legal basis for processing is that you are party to a contract. Please note that this information is necessary to enter into the contract and if you do not provide this information (or we are unable to retain it) we will not be able to provide our services to you.

?Analyze and improve the performance and user experience of our Services when you use our Services.

In order to maintain the perfect quality of our service and provide you with effective support, we collect diagnostic information and monitor crash reports on our apps and extensions. The information we collect includes aggregate performance information, frequency of use of our services, unsuccessful connection attempts and other similar information. This feature allows our application to automatically connect to the server without worry. However, please be assured that we will not disclose this information to any third party. In fact, we do not store this information on our terminals, only on your device.

As for payment related information, our payment processing partners collect the usual data required for payment processing and/or refund requests (transaction date, payers IP address, credit card number, full name of the credit card owner and, in some jurisdictions, Jurisdiction also includes personal identification code, passport or ID number and/or residential address).
